Vic has been working as a Macintosh support specialist since 1991. His focus is being the authority on the Mac OS and how it interacts with third party peripherals and applications. Vic's strengths lie in his ability to listen to a client’s needs and custom tailor a software/hardware solution to match those needs.

As CDNA's founder's in 1997, Vic is determined to make CDNA Cincinnati's premier Macintosh source for sales, support and service. Vic is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has a degree in Marketing.

Tim Idol

For the first five years of his career, Tim worked for two of the world's largest Industrial Resellers, Entex Information Services and Compucom Systems, providing inside technical sales solutions to major companies such as Boeing and Intel. More recently, Tim worked for Apple Computer and helped open the Kenwood Towne Centre Apple Store. During his employment at the Apple Store, he was a Mac Genius! You might have seen him at the store answering technical questions at the Genius Bar, however he also facilitated technical sales and completed hardware repairs.

Tim is an Apple Certified Service Technician with very strong hardware and software skills. (We don't call him "OS Tim" for nothing!)

A graduate of Miami University, Tim has a BS in Mass Communications/Media Management, with a Minor in Film.

Lewis Riley

Lewis brings a unique perspective to Computer DNA. He has a thorough knowledge of the Mac OS, combined with extensive experience in design applications...the perfect marriage of form and function.

As a CDNA consultant, Lewis meets with clients to discuss their needs and create the perfect custom solution. In addition, he can assist clients with custom software training sessions. If you need help transferring from OS 9 to OS X, switching from Quark to InDesign, or just help working with new features in your design software, then Lewis is your guy.

Lewis is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media.

Paul Findsen

Paul is a natural fit for CDNA. He comes from a design background with several years experience as a production artist using Photoshop, Illustrator & Quark. His last four years have been spent behind the genius bar for Apple. His technical troubleshooting skills and OS software knowledge combined with a focus on customer service make Paul the perfect technician to solve all of your problems.

Paul is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor degree in telecommunications and Linguistics.

Brandi Ratterman
Office Manager

Brandi brings a fresh customer service perspective to the staff. Her background in administrative support over the past three years coupled with a customer service focus makes her uniquely qualified to manage the day to day operations @ Computer DNA.

Brandi is a graduate of Milford High School and is currently attending UC for her Bachelor degree in International Business
